The Project consists of the construction of site improvements at Austin Park including removal of the existing playground, construction of a new playground with amenities, drainage including conduits, appurtenances, and connections, concrete sidewalks, and other improvements as noted in the Bidding Documents dated August 2025. A pre-bid conference will not be held for the project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions or requests for information must be submitted by 5:00 PM on August 29, 2025. Specifications and including, but not limited to: Participation of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) pursuant to Executive Law Article 15-A, Economic Development Law Article 4-A and 5NYCRR Parts 140-145, Rules and Regulations of the Minority and Women's Business Development Program. There is no specific minimum MWBE participation rate or percentage for this contract, however, a good faith effort needs to be shown; Completion and submission of documentation identified in Section 004610; and, Provision and erection of project signage in accordance with specifications identified in Section 004610.
