Citywide Housing Rehabilitation the City of Batavia is Seeking Bids From Licensed, Qualified, and Well- Established Housing Rehabilitation Contractors to Furnish All Labor and Materials for Minor to Substantial Repairs to Be Completed at Ten (10) Single-family Homes for Its Community Development Block Grant (Cdbg) Citywide Housing Rehabilitation Program. Basic Work Consists of Roofing, Windows and General Construction. All Rehabilitation Repairs Must Meet All Applicable Federal Code Requirements, Including Minimum Section 8 Housing Quality Standards All Nys Residential Building Codes and All Applicable Local and Genesee County Codes. Eligible Contractors Must Have Certification of Completion of Lead Safe Work Practices. All Bid Prices Shall Include Labor, Supervision, Materials, Insurance, Equipment, and Services Necessary to Complete the Scope of Work. Minority- and Women- Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 Eligible Firms Are Encouraged to Submit Bids
