This Scope of work is to upgrade existing WWTP Administration building and Workshop Building. Work to include removal & replacement of exterior window & doors, flooring, lab casework (Base & wall Cabinets), countertops, lab sink, bathroom vanity & sink, paint walls, ceiling, bathroom partitions, locker, shower stalls, doors and door frames. Removal and install new roof for Admin Building. The contractor is responsible for providing labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper execution and completion of work. Inclusion listed below are: Admin Building 1) Remove & replace exterior windows and doors. a) Verify existing exterior windows and doors size. b) Verify window type (Fixed and/or Operable panels). c) New exterior windows & doors shall be dual pane glass. d) All exterior windows & doors frame shall be Aluminum (Color TBD). e) Provide Aluminum trim around new exterior windows & doors as required, including windowsill and door threshold. f) Furnish & Install exterior door hardware and self-closing door mechanism This is a prevailing wage project; It shall be the contractor's responsibility to make the labor rate determination. It shall also be the contractor's responsibility to maintain all records for a minimum of five years and meet all reporting requirements from the (DIR) Department of Industrial Relations. The purpose of this Request is to award professional construction agreement to a qualified general contractor, upgrade existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Administration Building located at 4200 Morgan Road in Ceres California.
