**As of July 15,2025, project was awarded to Consolidated Engineering Inc., awarded amount is $1,646,525.52.** The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, Cape Seal and Fiber Slurry Seal operations in two site area locations, and an additional alternative, in Ceres CA. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the base bid price, payable to the City of Ceres. Sureties that will furnish the Faithful Performance Bond and the Labor and Material Payment Bond, in the form specified herein, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price within ten (10) working days from the date the City provides the successful bidder the Notice of Award. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A Contractor License at the time of submitting bids. The Contract Time shall be 40 working days, and liquidated damages for delay shall accrue.
