The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following General work description: The work consists of constructing a roundabout at El Camino, Pine, and Park intersection including concrete curb and sidewalk, hot mix asphalt surfacing, pavement delineation, roadside signs, landscaping, and street lighting as shown on the project plans. Estimated construction cost for this project is $680,000.00. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract documents may be rejected. The City reserves the right to make all awards in the best interest of the City. Payment bond and a Performance bond. Each bond is to be executed in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price
