Renovation of a residential development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The purpose of this limited inspection is to identify LBP present in lead dust/soil at the subject property. On September 9, 2024, National Econ Corporation performed a lead dust/soil inspection at the subject property. Settled dust/soil areas were tested. The intent was to ascertain the presence of lead dust/soil above specified HUD or local levels. If lead was found, the inspection would identify individual architectural components and their respective concentrations of lead in such a manner that this report would be used as a basis for subsequent abatement or renovation activity. This will include furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with "Appendix B - Statement of Work." Quotes shall be submitted on the attached Quote Sheet with required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, and insurance coverage with a cover company letter.
