Bids are requested for the one-time requirements of the Los Angeles Harbor Department ("Department" or "City") for a wastewater treatment system to be furnished and delivered as may be required from the effective date of the Contract. Description Part, Trojan UV-3400K PTP system supplied with Type 316 Stainless Steel Channel, Module Support Rack, Level Control Weir, Transition Boxes, Monitoring System, Spare Parts Package which includes 4 lamps, 4 sleeves and 4 lamp holders (all quantities are per bank), Operator Kit which includes Safety Shield and Gloves and Maintenance Rack Bid shall be subject to acceptance by the Department for a period of three (3) months unless a lesser period is prescribed in the quotation by the bidder. The Department may make combined award of all items complete to one bidder or may award separate items to various bidders. Bidders may submit alternate prices, a lump sum or a discount conditional on receiving an award for two or more items. The right is reserved to reject any, or all, bids and to waive informality in bids. . The Harbor Department reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, award Bid as a whole, split award or delete line items, as it may deem necessary, unless otherwise stated herein.
