Site work and renovation of a civil project in Newburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The approximate quantities of work may include Lift Station #1 Upgrades, Lift Station #2 Upgrades, and Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades. All work summarized below shall be substantially complete within 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Newburg in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Town of Newburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All questions must be submitted to CEC in writing by 12:00 PM, local prevailing time, on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024.
