Site work for a water / sewer project in Newburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The approximate quantities of work may include manhole rehabilitation with grade adjustment, capping of unused service laterals, stormwater collection ditch replacement, and all related appurtenances. All work summarized below shall be substantially complete within 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Newburg in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. All questions must be submitted to CEC in writing by 12:00 PM, local prevailing time, on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024. The Town of Newburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A bidder may not withdraw the Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of bids.
