Award: Servox, LLC for $4,401,136.53 Cost Range: The cost range is anticipated to be in the range of $3.0 to $4.0 million. Please submit all questions in writing to Jildardo Arias, PE, CFM, ENV SP, via email to engineering@friendswood.com Question Deadline 10/24/2024 at 5:00 PM CT A bid guarantee in the form of a bidder's bond, certified check or a cashier's check made out to "City of Friendswood" in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid must accompany each submission. BIDS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ACCOMPANYING BID GUARANTEE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BIDDER. For contracts in excess of $50,000, payment, performance, and maintenance bonds along with a bid guarantee are required by the City The City of Friendswood (the "City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. The contract, if any, will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The City pays for goods and services according to the provisions of Chapter 2251 of the Government Code. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
