BIDS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ACCOMPANYING BID GUARANTEE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BIDDER. For contracts in excess of $50,000, payment, performance, and maintenance bonds along with a bid guarantee are required by the City The City of Friendswood (the "City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. The contract, if any, will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The City pays for goods and services according to the provisions of Chapter 2251 of the Government Code. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. **Maguire Water requests sub bids no later than 2:00 PM on November 6, 2024.
