Project The Department of Public Buildings for the City of Quincy, Massachusetts is seeking sealed bids for the Fore River Clubhouse Roof Improvement Project. Bidders must be DCAMM certified in the Roofing category. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing roofing materials, disposal of existing ventilation/exhaust units, removal of existing dormers, construction of a new roofing system, new dormer construction, reframing on existing canopy structure, and exterior finishes and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work as shown on the contract drawings and located at the Fore River Club House, 16 Nevada Road in Quincy, MA. The Work shall be initiated on or around October 25, 2024. The work shall be substantially completed within 30 calendar days from the commencement of the contract time and completed and ready for final payment 45 calendar days from the commencement of the contract time.
