The Township of Morris Will Not Assume Responsibility for Bids Forwarded by Mail or Delivery Service. the Guaranty Accompanying the Bid Proposal Shall Be Given in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Bid, Minimum of $500.00 and Not to Exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) and May Be Given at the Option of the Bidder by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond From a Reputable Insurance Company Licensed in the State of New Jersey. Authorizes a Bidder to Request Withdrawal of a Public Works Bid Due to a Mistake on the Part of the Bidder Within Five Days After the Opening of the Bids. the Township Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 40a:11-13.2.
