Architectural asphalt shingles shall be fastened with 1 %" inch galvanized roof nail using the "Hurricane "nail pattern. (The International Building Code requires roofers to fasten shingles using six nails.) Supply and install 36" ice and water membrane to roof starting points and roof rake boards The project consists of the following: Remove and dispose all existing 3-tab asphalt roof shingles, tar paper, and drip edge from roof Supply and install architectural shingles to match existing in select areas - color to match existing, TBD Supply and install new galvanized step flashing to roof cheek angles and 10" lead to roof/wall connections Assess and replace rotted facia and rake boards with white %" thick PVC trim boards; fastened with Cortex screws and cap Property is to be clean and debris free throughout all phases of roof replacement on daily basis.
