The Town of Barnstable Procurement Office on behalf of the Department of Marine and Environmental Affairs is soliciting bids for the FY25 Night Vision Goggles Purchase in accordance with Chapter 30B, Massachusetts General Law. The contract offered is for the purchase of Four (4) Dual tube Goggles with unfilmed 2376 MIN FOM White Phosphor tubes with Battery Pack and Cable. The Town of Barnstable was granted funding through the MassDEP Marine Oil Spill Prevention & Response Act (MOSPRA) grant program to purchase (4) Four Night Vision Goggles. The estimated contract value is Not to Exceed $74,085.24. This project is funded by the MassDEP Marine Oil Spill Prevention & Response Act (MOSPRA) Grant Program. Last day to Submit Questions: October 3, 2024 no later than 12:00pm Noon. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all bids when deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Barnstable.
