Renovation of an educational facility in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Furnish and install aluminum and glass entrance. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. 1. Furnish and install One aluminum and glass entrance across the front of the existing radius entrance (Room 043) to match existing Room 042 2. The entrance consists of One (1) 3'0" x 7'0" aluminum wide stile door with lever handle. Sidelights follow the existing radius curve. Aluminum frame and 1/4" Clear tempered glass to be custom bent to follow radius wall. 3. The aluminum door cannot be built with a curve and will have to be installed off the radius. 4. Finish to be Clear Anodized to match existing 5. This system will mirror the existing entrance we installed for the Radio station on the opposite side of the lobby (Room 042). 6. Door Hardware: Sargent 11g05 with a standard Sargent cylinder lock. (See attached Specs) - Door Closer to match Room 042 7. System to be installed over existing carpet 8. Contractor is responsible for all field verification and product submittals.
