Site work for a road / highway in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Description of work: Traffic signal upgrades including pedestrian signal pole and push button installation; signal head replacement; replacement of in-ground detection loops with radar detection systems, signal cabinet replacement, directional drilling to install signal conduit and fiber optic Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS); traffic camera installation; signal conduit, wiring, and junction box installation and replacement. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted using the electronic. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory contract bond, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to Clark County. All of the work on this project shall be physically completed by February 28, 2025. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids, or cancel the bid if the best interests of Clark County are not served.
