**As of November 07, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The scope of work for the Corning Library Remodel Project consists of the removal of existing flooring, ceiling tiles, lighting, and other finishes as called out in the project documents; installation of new carpet tiles, lighting fixtures, casework, and other finishes throughout the building; along with the removal and installation of new restroom fixtures including ADA improvements. Please include the storefront-type Tutor Room as a Bid Alternate.
