This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for a RTU Replacement at Ecole Secondaire publique Le Sommet - CEPEO The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil des ecoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario, 2445 Saint-Laurent Boulevard Ottawa (Ontario) K1G 6C3. Hereinafter, the above named school board are referred to as "Board" unless otherwise specified. The Intent of this RFQ is to obtain quotations from respondents to complete an RTU Replacement at Ecole Secondaire publique LE Sommet - CEPEO at 894 Cecile Blvd, Hawkesbury, ON K6A 3R5 for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2-2020 with Supplementary Conditions, in accordance with all RFQ Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract").
