It includes upgrading vehicle signal heads, backplates, pedestrian countdown signal heads, their mountings, installing accessible pedestrian signals (APS), and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper completion of the Project. At the time of contract award, the Contractor shall possess a Class "A" General Engineering or Class "C-10" Electrical Contractor's License. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the Provisions of Chapter 9, Division III, of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California at the time the bid is submitted.
