Site work for a water / sewer project in Lewisburg, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Summary Professional Design Services to support the addition of a new water main to supply domestic water and hydrant fire protection availability to the residents along Jordan Road as defined in the RFP. In addition a required upgrade replacement of an existing section of water main along E. Miami River Road. The design services include all related design and engineering requirements for an infrastructure project with the intention of generating a full design package, navigating all required municipal and departmental approvals, administration of permit approvals and supporting all contractor construction administration requirements. Selected design firm must be a qualified firm with previous related public infrastructure projects in the region and will be required to engage into an AIA agreement with township based on an estimated schedule of completion for each stage of the project to ensure a timely construction start. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
