Site work for a water / sewer project in Lewisburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all supplies for the construction of improvements to the Lewisburg South Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project - Phase 1 and placing the systems in operation. The project will include the following major trades: Plumbing, Civil Engineering and Earthwork, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Structural, Process Control, Integration & Programming, The Project will be financed with both local and State Water Pollution Control Loan Funds through the Ohio EPA the Contract Documents reflect requirements by these agencies. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarification considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
