The building will consist of police operations including but not limited to investigative/internal operations division, field operations division, and community support services division. Common areas will consist of public lobby, multipurpose meeting rooms, staff breakrooms, fitness room, and locker rooms. The subterranean level will house a 10- lane firing range. The adjacent three-story garage will be approximately 81,000 square feet. The garage will accommodate 236 parking spaces as well as available bicycle parking. Construction consists of Cast in Place Concrete, CMU & Structural Steel Framed Construction, Precast Double T Floors, Exterior Stucco, Clay Tile & Single Ply Roofing, with a Photovoltaic Solar System and battery storage.
