Reconstruction of Woodland Avenue from Veterans Parkway to SW Kerry Street as part of the proposed Microsoft Ruthenium development. Woodland Avenue is currently a rural 2-lane cross section and will be reconstructed as an urban 3-lane cross section while accommodating an ultimate build 5-lane cross section. The project will include grading, storm sewer, water main, fiber conduit, paving, multi-use trail, and other miscellaneous work. Design is currently planned to take place throughout the remainder of 2024, with the right-of way and easement acquisitions planned for early 2025, utility relocations in 2025, bidding late 2025, and construction in 2026. This project is included in the city's fy 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Program.
