sealed bids will be received by the West Morris Regional High School District (the "District") for the Partial HVAC Upgrades at West Morris Central HS & West Morris Mendham HS Project . All work shall be in accordance with the Project Documents prepared by Parette Somjen Architects, LLC, 439 Route 46 East, Rockaway, NJ 07866. All bids submitted shall bear the name and address of the Bidder and shall be endorsed "Partial HVAC Upgrades Project." Bids received after the above date & time shall not be accepted. Bidders must email their request in writing. Note that it will take at least one (1) full business day to gain access to Project documents as a registered plan holder. Project information is also available on the Architect's website. The District will award a single contract for the entire Project. Therefore, bids are to provide a lump sum price for the entire Project--all trades, all inclusive. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction ("DPMC") in one of the following trades: C032 - HVACR Bidders shall also either be prequalified for, or include documentation for prequalified subcontractors for the following trades: C029 - Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron C030 - Plumbing C047 - Electrical Pursuant to N.J.S.A 34:11-56.48, et seq., bidders and their subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and to possess a current Certificate by said Department indicating compliance prior to the time and date that bids are received.
