HVAC Upgrades at West Morris Central HS & West Morris Mendham HS Redesign PSA Commission Number 9538WMC/WMM-HVAC The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing heating only Unit Ventilators (UV's) and replacing with new UV's with cooling coils connected to new Variable Refrigerant Flow Condensing Units on the roof at both Central High School and Mendham High School. The scope also includes a new air handling unit at Central High school; Mendham High school will receive a new RTU to replace existing unit in kind at the Aux. Gym. The Contract Documents define the full project scope. There is no Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for this bidding. The District will award a single contract for the entire Project.
