Fuel Price All Bids must be accompanied by: Bid Guarantee in the form of a certified check or cashier's check or bid bond for not less than ten (10%) percent of the bid amount, provided said check or bond need not be more than $20,000.00; Certificate from a Surety Company guaranteeing that the successful Bidder will furnish performance and payment (labor and materials) bonds, each in a sum not less than 100% of the total price for the complete bid if awarded, with an approved surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Borough; Statement of Corporate Ownership, setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders in the corporation who own ten percent (10%) or more of the stock in any class, or of the individual partners in the partnership who own ten percent (10%) or greater interest therein; Listing of Subcontractors; Notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit; Notarized Bidder's Affidavit; Acknowledgment of Receipt of Changes to Bid Documents Form; and Bid Document Submission Checklist. The Borough reserves the right to waive minor defects and informalities in any Bid and to reject any and all Bids, or to accept Bids that are, in the opinion of the Borough, in the best interest of the Borough.
