The scope of work includes upgrades to the existing Tech Labs and Art Classroom at both West Morris Central and West Morris Mendham High Schools. These improvements consist of new floor finishes, electrical system upgrades, and the installation of new dust collection systems at each school. The contract documents provide a complete and detailed scope of work. Bidders are to provide a lump sum price for the entire Project, which is all trades and all-inclusive. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in one of the following trades: (C008) General Construction or (C009) General Construction/Alterations/Additions. Bidders must also be prequalified for, or include documentation for pre-qualified subcontractors for the following trades: (C030) Plumbing, (C032) HVACR, (C047) Electrical. Bidders and their subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor with a current Certificate indicating compliance prior to the time and date that bids are received.
