All controls are to be tied into the building's existing system. Commissioning is required on the new systems. 2. Approximately 51 classrooms, general office suite, miscellaneous offices and support spaces within the area as well as toilet rooms and corridor space are affected by the work. 3. Work includes all associated roofing work completed on existing warrantied roofs.
