The Fox Metro Water Reclamation District hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received for the Project:IT Server Room HVAC Installation. Question Deadline 10/16/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to OWNER in writing not less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids. Bids will only be accepted in paper form, sealed and delivered as described above. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work consists of the installation of two new Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units, associated Air-cooled Condensers, associated internal and external piping, controls, and electrical work, as required for a fully operational system providing all accessories, tools, and appurtenances for completion of work, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10 % of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. BID REJECTION / ACCEPTANCE: OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interest of OWNER.
