Contractor shall have a valid C-11 (elevator contractor) license issued by the California State Contractor's License Board. This is a prevailing wage project; therefore, the contractor and any subcontractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal. The contract term shall be for one year, with two available one-year options. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order.
