Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed improvements herein specified and described consists generally of the following work: MORSE & 2ND ST. SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS The project includes the installation of sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, curb & gutter, driveway repair, retaining wall, culvert extension, grading, and all incidental and/or related work as necessary to provide a complete project. A cutoff time of 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2024 for all bidding and project related questions. Email your questions to the Project Manager, Justin Klaudt at Justin.Klaudt@wilsonco.com. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order or a Bid bond (on the form attached) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids as authorized by law or to waive any informality in the bids.
