As of November 7, 2024 project was awarded to Building Solutions, LLC, awarded amount is $191,654.50. East Wyatt Earp Blvd. and Ave D Drainage Improvements Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or a certified check drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable Bidder's Bond, in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid amount. Performance Bond: A performance bond to the Owner, in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract. Statutory Bond: A statutory bond to the State of Kansas in amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract. HEREBY PROPOSES to begin this project no later than, and have all work completed within 60 calendar days or by May 31st, 2025, whichever is earlier. The City will start counting Calendar Days on the beginning date stipulated above The Owner reserves the right to accept the bid which, in its judgement, is the lowest and best bid; to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
