After traveling east through Ellensburg for 3.7 miles, road becomes Vantage Highway. Proceed east 2.5 miles on Vantage Hwy, turn left on Naneum Road and proceed north 0.3 miles to the intersection with Cascade Canal. Turn right onto canal service road and proceed 0.3 miles to project site. From I-90 Exit 115 (Kittitas), proceed 1.1 miles north on Main Street to Patrick Avenue. Turn left and proceed 0.8 miles (road becomes Kittitas Hwy) and turn right on Fairview Road. Proceed 1 mile north and turn left on Vantage Highway and proceed west 1.5 miles. Turn right on Naneum Road and proceed north 0.3 miles to the intersection with Cascade Canal. Turn right onto canal service road and proceed 0.3 miles to project site. The Cascade at Coleman Creek Fish Passage and Screening project will remove a concrete gravity irrigation diversion structure and a creek undershot under the canal, install a new concrete diversion structure with a flat plate fish screen and fishway, install a siphon to convey the canal water under the creek, place a roughened channel and large woody debris structures, and place a bridge over the creek.
