Oakland Avenue Sanitary Sewer Repairs South 9th Street-South 8th Street The majority work of this contract is generally described as follows: 350 SY of Concrete Pavement 1 Precast Manhole. 300 LF of Sanitary Sewer (10-inch) Pre-Bid Qualification: All bidders shall be required to file or have on file a valid Bidder's Proof of Responsibility form with the Engineering Division, City of Sheboygan, not less than five (5) days prior to the time of opening of these bids. Only bidders who have demonstrated their qualifications to perform the work will be permitted to bid. Forms are included in the proposed contract documents. Subcontractors: The apparent Successful Bidder, and any other Bidder so requested, shall within ten (10) days after Bid opening, submit to the City a Bidder's Proof of Responsibility Affidavit and Non-Collusion Affidavit from each Subcontractor. Forms are included in the proposed contract documents. Bid Security: A satisfactory Bid Bond, payable to the City of Sheboygan, WI, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid.
