Renovation of a library in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

provision and installation of an Automated Material Handling System for Mead Public Library, 710 N. 8th Street, Sheboygan WI 53081. A single contract will be awarded for providing equipment, shipping, installation and training of the equipment to be purchased. The successful contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance which shall be furnished to the Purchasing Agent for Worker's Compensation Insurance for all workers on this contract, as well as Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, including Contractors Contingent and Protective Insurance, as will protect him and any subcontractor performing work covered by this contract, from claims for damages for personal injury, including accidental death as well as claims for property damages which may arise from operations under this contract. The contract document will accompany a City of Sheboygan purchase Order referencing the terms and conditions of the bid documents. The City of Sheboygan is exempt from Federal Excise Tax and State Sales Tax. Bids shall be made exclusive of these taxes. Certification will be furnished to the successful bidder upon request. The City of Sheboygan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding process, cancel this solicitation and to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the City of Sheboygan.
