Question Deadline 10/11/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No , Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Division of Purchasing, Philo J. Brooks County Office Building, 59 Park Avenue, Lockport, New York 14094, at 716- 439-7210 Bids shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. PRE-BID SITE INSPECTION Reservations are required and can be made via e-mail to jennifer.marotta@niagaracounty.com. It is the responsibility of the contractor/bidder to field verify all existing field conditions. Bidders shall inspect the work site and take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature of the work; and general and local conditions which can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve the bidders from responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. *The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids, to accept the quotation by items or as a whole. In case of error in the extension of prices in bid, the unit price will govern.
