Location Rock Island County, Iowa Bid Security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the Base Bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid Security shall be payable to the Board of Education, Rock Island-Milan School District #41. The Rock Island-Milan School District #41 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the Rock Island-Milan School District #41. All Bidders shall comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including equal employment opportunity laws. Questions deadline: 10/11/2024
