Scope of Work 2.1 Description of Work The contractor will be responsible for: - Supplying approximately 1,000yd3 of A base (specs provided in Appendix E) - Delivery of C base from the pit to the project area - Delivery of C base aggregate will be completed first, followed by A Base - Delivery must be by end-dump only. Trucks must be backed in and dumped onto the geotextile - No stockpiling to take place on site unless pre-approved by the owner - Trucks will be loaded by the supply contractor - Placing aggregate on specified areas of the campground - Placing geotextile below the aggregate - Ensuring proper grading and compaction of the aggregate - Place topsoil as prescribed. Stockpile located on site. - Maintaining clean work area - Ensuring roadways near the worksite are kept in a safe manner, free of excess debris due to truck traffic ** C-Base aggregate, and geotextile must be placed prior to any equipment or trucks driving over underground utilities due to the shallow buried pipes. ** 2.2 Work Areas The specific areas within the campground requiring aggregate placement are detailed in Appendix A.
