Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Niles, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a detention facility; for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following Supplying material, labor, equipment, and all supplies necessary to construct all items indicated in the plans and these specification for installation of the following: a new submersible non-clog pump for George Street Detention Storage Tank; clean, perform concrete repair, and remove piping inside storage tank; rehabilitate existing buildings; replacement of electrical and instrumentation equipment; removal of debris and vegetation around existing structures, and other related work.
