Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Niles, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the installation of a new 6 inch ductile iron waterline, fittings, appurtenances, and hydrants along Mauro Circle, approximately 600-LF in length. Project include abandoning in place existing 6" waterline within the Northern tree lawn of Mauro Circle and reconnection of water service laterals from the abandoned line to the new watermain. Project scope shall include restoration and replacement of existing pavements, curbing and hardscape impacted by the work. Completion date: May 2, 2025 The project is located within the City of Niles, along Mauro Circle. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive as an informality any and all irregularities, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids.
