Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Niles, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Supplying material, labor. equipment, and all supplies necessary to construct all items indicated in the plans and these specification for installation of the following: a new submersible non-clog pump for George Street Sanitary Detention Pump Station, perform concrete repair, and remove piping inside storage tank, rehabilitate existing building, replacement of electrical and instrumentation equipment; removal of debris and vegetation around existing structures, and other related work. The City of Niles, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest and best responsive and responsible BIDDER. Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the president and secretary, and shall comply with the ORC including 735.06 and bid and performance sureties if applicable and also review Niles Codified Ordinances 138.01, if applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. And reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding.
