Renovation of a municipal facility in Niles, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Admistration Building Renovation Project. Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of each person or company submitting the same and all parties interested therein and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the sum of 100% of the amount of the bid or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to the Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The bond or check of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned to them by the contracting authority immediately upon awarding the contract or rejection of all proposals. All proposals must be signed in ink. Facsimile or electronic transmissions are not permitted. The Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received, and to determine the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with the methods and criteria in the bidding documents. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of at least sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.
