Renovation of a residential development in Brownsville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
**As of November 4, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. Anticipated award date is on November 15, 2024. Roof and Gutter Replacement of 19 Buildings at Kirby Place, Brownsville, TN Bids are subject to TN State Law. General bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee that is not less than five (5%) of the base bid and made payable to the Brownsville Housing Authority. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, chapter 6) of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. Roofing "prime" and "subcontractors" are required to be licensed pursuant to T.C.A. 62-6-102(4)(A)(ii) and (9). All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, as contained in the Project Manual and detailed within. Refer to the Project Manual Specifications Section 00012, Invitation for Bids; Section 00150, Instructions to Bidders; and Section 00151 Additions to Instructions to Bidders; and Section 01302, Submittals and Substitutions for complete instructions to bidders.
