** As of February 10, 2025, project was awarded to John H. Allen, Inc. awarded amount is $25,350 ** Location: Martin Building - 9 S. Lafayette Pressure washing exterior of building. Priming and Painting of approximately 10,200 sq ft. Painting window facings and trim. Bidding Qualifications: Licensed Contractor Questions concerning the bid specifications should be directed to: Casey Smith, SWTDD Grants Administrator, 731-668-6412 or csmith@swtdd.org. Pressure washing exterior of building. Priming and Painting of approximately 10,200 sq ft. - Side of building facing N. Main St and rear of building only - covering existing red paint with dark color with only one coat of new paint Painting window facings and trim for 21 windows/doors on side and rear of building. Replacing any rotten/deteriorated wood as needed before painting. Color to be selected by owner (must be within Downtown Historic Standards)
