Site work related to the residence including but not limited to septic system, connection to existing well, connection to electrical grid, etc. Blend all new paved and gravel surfaces into abutting drives and parking areas. It is the Contractor's responsibility to control dust and erosion within the project area. Ledge removal may be part of the scope of work. Providing all items necessary to result in a complete and functioning project, even if not specified.
