The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit sealed proposals for a fixed-price contract for the site preparation, development, and construction work based on the Issue for Permit design package provided. This project involves the modification of the electrical, process piping, and site civil construction located on Pad 0B. Pad 0B is part of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport owned and operated by the Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority. This project includes modifications to the electrical, process piping, and site civil construction on Pad 0B. It is desired that work will be complete by April 25, 2024 Location of work: Pad 0B VCSFA/Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport NASA Wallops Flight Facility Wallops Island, VA 23337 Proposals will remain valid for 60 days from the due date. VCSFA is not obligated to pay any costs incurred by the Offeror in preparing or submitting an offer to this RFP. VCSFA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
