St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting price quotes for the material, service, tools, delivery, and labor required to provide water testing at various school sites, as specified herein. RFI Deadline is October 14, 2024 at 12:00 pm eastern standard time. Send all RFI's and Bid Responses to Mary Ann Burroughs, Fiscal Secretary to the Director of Maintenance at mburroughs@smcps.org The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendors for the material, service, tools, delivery, and labor required for water testing at various school sites. Vendorsshall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction while meeting project specifications and requirements. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with SMCPS reserving the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. SMCPS reserves the right to award the requirements of this bid in total or in part as it determines to be in the best interest of SMCPS. SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. Contract awards are subject to the availability of funding. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice. St. Mary's County Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in bidding
