Renovation of a mixed-use development in Leonardtown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to perform boiler repair services at schools and office buildings on an as needed basis. Contractors shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction while meeting project specifications and requirements. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one year with SMCPS reserving the right to renew the contract for four (4) additional one year periods. SMCPS reserves the right to award the requirements of this bid in total or in part as it determines to be in the best interest of SMCPS. SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. Contract awards are subject to the availability of funding. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice St. Mary's County Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Question Deadline 12/20/2024 at 1:00 PM ET Questions may be sent via email to pjmccall@smcps.org. An addendum will be issued if necessary to answer all questions. The addendum will be posted on procurement.maryland.gov under the applicable bid number and will be available at the SMCPS Purchasing Office.
