Telluride Street in Centennial, CO (Mailing address: P.O. Box 460550, Aurora CO 80046) is seeking bids for the following: Refreshing the (4) entryways to Goldrush Park, located at: South Entrance. 5205 South Pitkin Ct: Re-grade area to match adjacent yard to the east of entryway and allow for drainage away from back yard (near gate), remove existing retaining wall, Install new retaining wall around irrigation supply equipment [to provide service access] and along East and West edges of entryway (as applicable), Remove existing crushed granite and install new granite fines to include newly exposed area. Install new weed barrier and mulch in remaining raised bed area. Use rock similar to existing for slope stabilization along sides. West Entrance: 16989 E Progress Ave: Remove and replace existing perimeter wood retaining wall. North Entrance: 5189 S Pitkin Ct: Similar to South entrance: remove existing retaining wall EXCEPT for the area surrounding the Pollinator habitat located on the south end of the current planting area. Where the current bee habitat exists (identified by the presence of Russian Sage planting). In this area Remove and Replace the Retaining structure.and replace existing retaining wall, remove existing crushed granite install new granite fines to include newly exposed entry-walk area. East Entrance: 17229 E Progress Ave: Remove and replace existing wood retaining wall with new wood retaining wall. Install new weed barrier and mulch in raised bed area. All addresses are in Centennial, CO. All retaining walls are to be built with treated timbers similar to existing material, using suitable crushed rock base. Include description of materials to be used. Where required (North and South Entrances): Replace existing crushed granite with new Granite fines. Remove existing mulch in raised beds (East, West and South entrances) and replace with new weed barrier and mulch. DO NOT REMOVE trees from existing raised beds. DO NOT remove Shrubs in North Entrance Entery. (Russinan Sage/Pollinator Habitat). In all raised bed areas: Remove existing tree stumps.
