Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary to furnish and install free-standing hot and cold and room temperature and cold-water cooler systems. Contractor is responsible for compatibility with existing water lines. RBHA will not consider any requests for additional costs required to connect new equipment to existing water lines but will consider request for additional cost to install and connect equipment to new water lines. All equipment, materials, and installation work shall comply with this specification, the Virginia OSHA Standards, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. The purpose of this Quick Quote (QQ) is to solicit unsealed bids from qualified companies to establish a one-year contract through competitive bidding for water cooler systems at the various locations of the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) herein referred to as the Authority.
