All bidders are welcome to visit the bowling alley for a site visit between normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Bidders will need to check in at the Headquarters building located at 397 Azalea Avenue in order to be escorted to the bowling alley The contractor shall furnish preventive maintenance and on-call repair services, including all necessary parts, labor, tools, supervision, materials. Preventive maintenance shall include all adjustments and servicing required to maintain system and equipment in good operating condition, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and the Scope of Work. This means that if there are maintenance services required by the manufacturer that are not listed in this solicitation, the Contractor must provide these services and include them in the bid price. CONTRACT TYPE: Term - One year w/ (4) 1-year optional renewals DBVI reserves the right to reject any of the contractor's employees who, in DBVI's judgment, are not adequately qualified and/or are unable to competently perform the work. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any (bid/proposal) if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such (bidder/offeror) fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such (bidder/offeror) is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
